My guest today was handpicked due to her interesting health journey to finding resolution for a chronic condition called leaky gut, which she eventually attributed to toxins in the environment. Cheryl Meyer is the author of “It Feels Good to Feel Good, learn to eliminate toxins, reduce inflammation and feel great again.”

Now although our body has adaptive methods of purging toxins, it can definitely become overloaded, as I have seen in practice, and Cheryl’s approach is definitely one to explore.

Cheryl is a health coach and advises that although you can’t always get organic food etc, but, you should do the best you can and your body will thank you.  Lower the toxic load one by one.
